1. Return and Cancellation.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it by emailing us. Once you've cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to us within 14 days. Once we get it, you'll be refunded the total order value within 14 days. You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged properly, you will be charged for the loss in the item’s value.

2. Exchanges and Replacements.

Unshipped order

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, get in touch with us and we will cancel your original unshipped order and help you place a new order. However, if we do not have the spec you’re looking for, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.
 

Shipped order

Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel your order and we do not offer product exchange unless the product is flawed or defective. If you need a different spec of an item, you’ll have to place a new order.

Return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item

Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact us via email.
 

3. Acceptance of Agreement.

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our Webstore (the "Webstore"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Webstore, the content, products or services provided by or through the Webstore, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
